The Mind

The mind what is it, how do you describe it, you can't really. Most people would refer to their minds as their brain or the collection of thoughts, emotions, and feelings that are present in the mind. The mind is a tricky thing to locate, it not like pointing on a map and say here it is, it isn't in plain site. Certainly our minds are there they are what you might call awareness. It is true that your body receives the stimulation but it is your mind that interprets those signals. Since the is the case your perspective on life can color how you react to situations. Your mind has so much control over how it interprets what you feel that your own thoughts can make a situation dreadful. It is up to you to observe your thoughts and realize whether or not your thoughts are effecting how you act. If they are why are you thinking that thought, don't block the thought because that is what the mind does is think. Just observer and contemplate why you feel that why, doing this can change your experience of things greatly.
